Results of the first round 24/25

This year 865 students took part in the first round of the Physics Olympiad. 144 of them received an invitation to the physics camp and the second round. The threshold for a direct qualification was 12 points out of a maximum of 21 points.

What now?

Practice makes perfect - if your score wasn’t enough to reach the second round you can try again next year. The topics you’ll study in school will raise your chances for next time.

 

If you qualified the physics camp (16.11 - 22.11), the remote training (29.11 - 10.01), and the second round (15.01) are next.

Results 2nd Round 2025

On January 15, the second round of the Physics Olympiad took place. The two-part theory test included calculating the properties of the Strépy-Thieu boat lift in Belgium and understanding how liquid crystal technology and voltmeters work.

Qualification Round 2025 results

106 participants took on the challenge of competing in the 2025 Olympiad in Informatics. From September 15 to November 30, 2024, they had time to solve tricky programming tasks online.
